CANARA FIBRE doors are specially designed for internal premises that requires hygiene, water and moisture resistance and durability. CANARA FIBRE doors are manufactured using a pressure moulding process. This process produces a door leaf that is completely seamless and has no joints or lippings.
The pressure moulded encapsulated sandwich-structure of CANARA doors is built to be completely waterproof and gas proof. CANARA doors will not rot, rust, swell or warp. CANARA doors will stay unaffected by continuous water and moisture even after decades of use. CANARA doors are free of timber or other organic materials that promote bacterial growth.
The non-porous smooth surfaces of CANARA doors make them extremely easy to clean. CANARA doors have excellent resistance to most detergents, solvents and other strong chemicals.
CANARA doors will not rust. The surface material, glass reinforced polyester, tolerates tough and operational conditions excellently without splintering.
CANARA doors are extremely strong and durable. They can withstand impacts and heavy use without denting or bending. The results from the Impact-test have shown that CANARA doors belong to the best impact resistance test class.
CANARA doors weighs ca. 9 kg/m2 – this is less than half compared to a conventional door. The light weight nature makes CANARA doors safe and easy to use – even with larger sizes.
Fire rated CANARA doors are tested according to the newest INDIAN fire door standard BS EN 1634-1:2008 as well as according to the Indian Standard BS 476: Part 22. CANARA fire doors also have approvals and certificates in various other countries.
